CINCINNATI, OH - May 23, 2017 – Powernet, enabling you to connect, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Jill Warren, director of network services to its prestigious 2017 Women of the Channel list. The executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.
CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.
Jill Warren has been in the Telecom/IT/Technology industry for 20 years. Jill learned early in her career that she has a passion for supporting the customer throughout their experience with a company. When she arrived at Powernet in 2004, the company had no dedicated support for their business clients. She utilized her experience in the channel to implement a service management department. To this day the department ensures that our partners have a dedicated team that they can bring all their customers to that will help with any needs they have.
Aside from spearheading Powernet’s service management team, Jill also plays a key role in propelling Powernet away from its legacy telecommunications products. She has driven research into emerging technologies such as PowerWAN, Powernet’s SD-WAN solution, and MDU packages. Jill works to assist Powernet’s channel partners to understand these new products and services while giving them everything they need to be successful in the channel.
“Jill’s work in the channel has been instrumental to our partner relationships and growth as a full-solution technology provider,“ says Alli Stevens, CEO of Powernet. “Our mission is to connect people and businesses. That all starts with the products and services that Jill and her team bring to the table.”
“These extraordinary executives support every aspect of the channel ecosystem, from technical innovation to marketing to business development, working tirelessly to keep the channel moving into the future,” said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company “They are creating and elevating channel partner programs, developing fresh go-to-market strategies, strengthening the channel’s network of partnerships and building creative new IT solutions, among many other contributions. We congratulate all the 2017 Women of the Channel on their stellar accomplishments and look forward to their future success.”
The 2017 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/wotc.
