Facilitate the gathering of information used to build and maintain software requirement documents. Serve as an interface between development staff and end users to direct an end-product that meets user or system needs.
The support analyst will provide troubleshooting expertise to our corporate end-users for mission-critical and internally developed applications, participate in application testing, and assist with product and rate maintenance.

Channel Sales Manager (CSM)

Do you have a high level of attention to detail? Great! You have the ability to connect with clients finding the best solutions for their network needs, can work closely with sales and be a lead resource for systems, virtualization and storage. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 4 plus years experience with the Windows Server platform, and 3 - 5 years of server experience in a multiple server environment.
