The primary role of the Project Manager is to manage and support Powernet and its subsidiaries and their customers. The PM is responsible for all service management and support. Involved in pre-sales consultations, presentations, filling-out of paperwork, training on paperwork, price negotiating and closings. The PM is responsible for provisioning,project managing all their own orders. The PM will own an entire order from start to finish, and will be the main point of contact throughout the order cycle. The PM will also assist the VP, Service Management with training of new hires, new agents and new sales representatives.
Account Executive (Orlando)
This direct sales position is responsible for solutions based sales of all Powernet products including, IT Managed Services, IT Infrastructure, Network Security Products and Services, Hosted & Premise IP PBX, SIP trunking, Wireless and the full suite of Powernet’s enterprise solutions to SMB and SME clients in the Orlando & Central Florida markets.

Senior Network Engineer (Cincinnati, Dayton, Jacksonville, Orlando, Panama City, Ft. Lauderdale)
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for overseeing and establishing Powernet’s Core Data Standards and applying them to network builds and ongoing operations to meet design and performance goals. Providing advanced technical support and maintenance of core network products, equipment, services associated hardware and facilities. Researches and oversees implementation of new technologies and network security.
